HYROX Performance.

a uniquely structured program designed to boost your endurance, strength, and overall athletic abilities. Tailored for individuals ready to dive deep into the world of functional fitness, this course offers a rigorous 4-6 days of training per week. It combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength exercises, and the specific disciplines of HYROX, including running, rowing, and sled push and pull. Suitable for those with a solid fitness base and access to versatile training equipment. Embrace the challenge and sculpt a physique ready for any HYROX competition or personal fitness milestone.

Overview.

You will be training five a days a week and good news for you, you have weekends off to relax, spend time with your family and get prepared for the week ahead of training.

You will need a gym set up that can cater for this programme, run inside or outside, bikes can be handy, Ski Erg and then the various weights and equipment to go alongside everything else the programme needs.

Expect to have testing phases throughout the programme, spicy sessions and weighted endurance sessions these are all building over time to allow you to comfortably compete in Hyrox. Then we push on!
