From fitness coach in 2012 to master personal trainer, to co-founder of E-Motion Fitness Hub in 2018, James has acquired a wealth of experience during his time training people who are new to exercise to athletes looking to improve their craft. James loves nothing more than lifting some tin, moving his body and improving performance in himself and his clients.
I am a heavyweight endurance cyclist who likes to defy gravity and science. I have been in this industry for over 15 years, with roles ranging from leisure attendant to personal trainer and business owner. I work with a variety of clients who are looking to lose weight, change their lives or wanting to excel in their chosen sport.
Kate is a personal trainer with a huge passion for health and fitness. She's spent most of her life playing sport or in a gym and believes that training your body and mind, becoming healthy, fit and strong is an awesome adventure. She loves training and teaching people to move, feel and look their best. She Doesn't do quick fixes or short cuts but believes in making positive changes for life. Kate says that with dedication, the right attitude and a good plan, anything possible.
After working in the HR industry, she decided to follow her passion. 2 years on, qualified as a PT she began working with E-Motion. She had trained with head coaches Jack and James at E-motion before working with them, which has shown her how important community and high quality fitness sessions are.
She is a massive believer that fitness is important for both your mental health and your physical health. It teaches you accountability, Resilience and also does amazing things for your confidence. And this is exactly what E-Motion are about.
