CrossFit Performance.

Spanning 5-7 days of meticulously planned workouts per week, this course blends high-intensity functional movements with Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and structured cardiovascular sessions. With access to a CrossFit box or a well-stocked home gym, prepare to break boundaries, enhance your agility, strength, and endurance, and join the ranks of elite CrossFit athletes.

Overview.

This programme will have built in specialist blocks to allow for base/volume training, explosive block for those unexpected workouts and then skill work because we all know CrossFit have a trick up their sleeve.

Look to be training 6 days a week with a Sunday off for complete rest. The programme could have double session days they will be split between strength, cardio, specialist and accessory work.
