Quick Sweat.

Limited on time? Here is the answer. Our Quick Sweat program gets you in and out of the gym in 60 minutes. Maximum work done in minimal time. We've planned out every minute from 1-60 so that you can get a great workout in without spending hours in the gym. Get fitter, stronger and feel great in 5 workouts each week with each session lasting between 45-60 minutes.

Overview.

Your training will consist of:

  • 5 days training per week (rest day will be active recovery)

  • Strength Work

  • Cardio work

  • Stretching

Session are between 45-60 mins including warm up, main session and Cool down to make your time in the gym as efficient and effective as possible.
