Sam is a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer who is committed to helping his clients achieve peak performance.

With a masters degree in athletic development and previous experience working with the likes of AFC Bournemouth, Southampton FC and Hampshire CCC, Sam has close to a decade of experience coaching elite, semi-professional and everyday fitness enthusiasts.

Sam specialises in strength training and athletic conditioning, with a focus on helping individuals gain a competitive edge in their sport. He is passionate about helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more resilient, and takes great pride in supporting his clients take their on-field performances to the next level.

To meet different needs and schedules, Sam offers 3 coaching services: “Online”, which is ideal for individuals who prefer to train remotely; and “Train” and Train++”; for those wishing to train in-person with Sam 1-2 times per week.

So regardless of age, and whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Sam is here to help you achieve your goals and excel in your sport.
