A high intensity conditioning circuit class aimed to give you the ultimate workout with the added bonus of working alongside a close knit community of people. No circuit class is ever the same and will be sure to keep you on your toes with every session you attend.
Join and become part of a new and exciting exercise movement specifically designed to increase anaerobic capacity, improve strength and overall mobility. Our ZUU classes will be sure to make you break a sweat, push your fitness boundaries and ultimately become part of a community that hold themselves accountable for supporting their fellow members through the session.
Iron ZUU is designed to discover your inner beast and rage war with a high intensity full body workout. Combining weight training and incorporating ZUU mobility drills into your session you’ll be sure to walk away feeling empowered.
Co-Motion is an advanced session where anything goes - especially chaos. Expect lengthy workouts with little rest featuring everything from burpee pull ups to cleans and HEAVY lifting... interspersed with all out sprints on the assault bike. Minimal coaching and maximum sweat- this is not suitable for beginners or snowflakes.
Machines is a progressive cardiovascular conditioning class designed to make you fitter and faster. Using intervals on bike, ski erg and rower we will turn you into a MACHINE 🔥 Suitable for all levels as your only competition is yourself- commit to a full cycle of training (6 weeks) for best result and expect to push your body to its limit.
Hump-Day Heroes helping you overcome the mid-week slump with a functional metcon, using a blend of high intensity strength and cardio to improve your muscle endurance and anaerobic capacity.
Flow-Motion is a designated stretch session designed to increase flexibility and joint range of motion. Designed to help prevent injury and improve position in all the major lifts, Flow-Motion is a great session for all members to see benefit in our other classes as well in daily life.
Structured group sessions featuring gymnastics based strength, conditioning and flexibility activities as well as covering skills such as handstands and muscle ups. Participants are able to use the various apparatus in the gym with a qualified coach on hand to guide and assist with specific skill learning. This session is open to anyone aged 16 and older, beginners through to advanced level.
We are excited to introduce our new class that will focus on working your glutes, core and overall mobility.
These areas can be neglected and we at E-Motion believe they are paramount to contributing towards producing better movement when training and will ultimately help towards achieving personal best’s.
This class is also targeted to those who simply want a gentler approach to fitness, you may have been training hard or just had a hard week in general and simply want to move your body and focus on your core/stability and mobility whilst still feeling the burn!
