The core of what we do is in our group classes. Members are taken through their paces in a supportive environment where everyone encourages each other. Our expert coaches will guide you through from start to finish.

  • Circuits

    A high intensity conditioning circuit class aimed to give you the ultimate workout with the added bonus of working alongside a close-knit community of people. No circuit class is ever the same and will be sure to keep you on your toes with every session you attend.

  • Metcon

    Using the principles of metabolic conditioning we promise to ensure you leave covered in sweat! This class is developed using Mayhem Affiliate Programming to help you become fitter, stronger and faster utilising a blend of weightlifting, cardio and bodyweight movements. Track your progress in our app from instructor lead classes, to open gym or even while out of town at another gym!

  • Cardiac 'N' Rest

    Is a class which certainly lives up to its name! This is a progressive cardiovascular conditioning class designed to make you fitter and faster. Using intervals on bike, ski erg, rower and a few surprises we will turn you into a well-rounded athlete! Suitable for all levels as your only competition is yourself – commit to a full cycle of training (12 weeks) for best result and expect to push your body to its limit.

  • Team Workout

    Our team workouts will be held every Saturday morning and Wednesday evening for our members who thrive off of competition. Teams will be picked to compete against each other in various workouts each week. At E-Motion we are all about community so come along and cheer on your team members as we battle it out and have some fun.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Improve your Snatch, Clean and Jerk in our Olympic Weightlifting classes.

    Each class is programmed in a 12-week cycle which you can track via the Wodify App and test your 1RM lifts at Send it Saturday, which is at the end of each cycle

  • HYROX

    Get ready for our HYROX class, a high-intensity session combining running, weightlifting, and functional movements to boost your fitness, strength, and speed. Perfect for those eager to experience the thrill of HYROX racing in a supportive gym setting.

  • Farmstrong

    Farm strong is a class for anyone wanting to build their functional strength and endurance. Can you carry all your shopping bags at once? How many people do you need to help you move a sofa? Let’s build you up and make these things easier. This is a class designed to push you to your limit. Bring your game face! Get farm strong!

  • L.I.F.E

    L.I.F.E (Longevity in Functional Efficiency) offers safe and effective workouts focused on mobility and longevity, emphasizing functional movements to improve the quality of life for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. With a 5-day program available through the app and coached sessions at the gym, members are guided from their starting point to surpass their own expectations. Enjoy 45-minute workouts as part of our off-peak membership, unlocking the potential for a healthier and more fulfilling life.

  • Powerlifting

    This is a 12-week powerlifting program designed with a conjugate style of training to peak squat, bench press, and deadlift. The program consists of two sessions per week, with a focus on a different lift in each session. It includes max effort and dynamic effort work, as well as accessory exercises to target specific muscle groups. The program is divided into 4-week blocks, with each block having a different focus on the lifts

  • Gymnastics

    Structured group sessions featuring gymnastic-based strength, conditioning and flexibility activities as well as covering skills such as handstands and bar work. Participants are able to use the various apparatus in the gym with a qualified coach on hand to guide and assist with specific skill learning. This session is open to anyone aged (cannot remember what we agreed!) and older, beginners through to advanced level.

  • FLEX & FLOW

    A class that allows you to take the time to look after your body, working through a full range of motion to create stability in your end range.

    You will roll, stretch, release and mobilise your way to improved functional movement.

    This is ideal if you are struggling to access full depth in your squat, overhead position or just looking to unlock your range of motion lost over time
