Josh Harper
I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach, a husband, and a proud father of two girls. My approach to coaching is shaped by real life as much as professional experience — helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence that actually fits around family, work, and everyday demands.
I served in the Parachute Regiment of the British Army until 2018, a role that demanded elite levels of fitness, mental toughness, and discipline. That foundation still underpins everything I do as a coach today: smart training, consistency, and the ability to perform under pressure.
I’m a qualified Fitness Coach, British Weightlifting Coach, and CrossFit Coach, with a deep passion for endurance sports and functional fitness. I’ve competed in marathons, ultra-marathons, CrossFit competitions, and HYROX racing, giving me first-hand experience of what it takes to train, recover, and perform at a high level.
Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, endurance, or stepping onto a start line for your first race, my mission is simple: to help you become fitter, stronger, and more capable — not just in the gym, but in life.
