Lisa Dobbs

Lisa qualified as a personal trainer in 2017 having decided to embark on a fitness career leaving the corporate HR world behind her. Lisa set up a private studio delivering 1-1 and group personal training sessions for her clients whilst enjoying training at Virgin Active where she met Jack and James. 

Fast forward to 2023 and Lisa has been coaching for E-Motion’s members since 2019 and has never looked back! Having always been active through gymnastics and athletics growing up Lisa has never been shy of trying out all things fitness. She is a bronze ZUU instructor and has her level 2 in British Weightlifting and is passionate about the correlation between fitness and mental health. 

Community is at the heart of what E-Motion embodies and Lisa strives to make each class always worth turning up for and to ultimately leave with a sweaty face and a smile.
