Chloe Brooks

Chloe hasn’t always enjoyed fitness. Her Life turned aroundwhen she lost 7+ stone through diet and exercise and has then since become a Personal Trainer to help others. She is a certified personal trainer and sports masseuse with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With years of experience in the fitness industry, she has a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds to exercise and movement. 

She is committed to creating safe and effective workout programs that are tailored to each client’s unique needs, abilities and goals. All having fun whilst doing it. In addition to her expertise as a personal trainer, she is also trained in sports massage therapy, which allows her to help others recover from injury, reduce muscle soreness, and improve overall flexibility and mobility. 

You can find Chloe and her other team members in the in-house treatment room under the name RE:HUB. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just get in better shape, she is here to support you every step of the way. You will hear Chloe before you see her normally, or she will be putting on some questionable music.
