This 3-week course includes two coached sessions per week, designed to build your confidence and help you move well from day one.

  • Wednesday evenings at 19:35

  • Saturday mornings at 10:30

You’ll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a structured, easy-to-follow way. We break down each movement so you understand not just what to do, but how to do it properly.

With small group coaching, you won’t get lost in the crowd. You’ll have the space to ask questions, get feedback, and be guided every step of the way.
