This comprehensive plan includes 5-7 days of training each week, encompassing strength and cardio work across various intensity zones, as well as essential stretching routines. Sessions last up to 75 minutes, including warm-up, main session, and cool-down, ensuring you're familiar and comfortable with the Hyrox equipment and challenges ahead.

5-7 days training (rest day will be active recovery)
Strength Work
Cardio work - Including intense Z4-5 work mixed with endurance Z2 work
Stretching
