Josh Harper
I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach, a husband, and a proud father of two girls. My approach to coaching is shaped by real life as much as professional experience — helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence that actually fits around family, work, and everyday demands.
I served in the Parachute Regiment of the British Army until 2018, a role that demanded elite levels of fitness, mental toughness, and discipline. That foundation still underpins everything I do as a coach today: smart training, consistency, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Zack Southall
Zack’s fitness story began in the world of elite sport - having played Rugby from aged 10 and leaving home at 16 to pursue a professional career at one of the UK’s leading schools in the rugby space - Hartpury College.
A freak accident in training at Hartpury left Zack with a horrific knee injury that required surgery and a 2 year long rehab process before he could return back to sport.
